Our Organic Lamb Heart comes from certified organic lambs raised on our 27 year Organic Certified farm. While all lambs in New Zealand are grass-fed and free-range, what sets ours apart is our guarantee of no antibiotics, no synthetic chemicals, and absolutely no GMOs – ever.
This highly nutritious cut is rich in iron, B vitamins (especially B12), zinc, and coenzyme Q10, making it a powerful addition to your diet. With a tender texture and mild flavour, lamb heart is ideal for slow cooking, grilling, or slicing thin for a quick stir-fry.
