About Frozen Delivery

This product is sent frozen and carefully packed for transport. During courier delivery, some products may begin to soften or partially thaw.

When your order arrives:
If the products are still frozen or contain ice crystals, place them straight into your freezer. If they have fully defrosted but are still properly chilled, keep them refrigerated and use them promptly rather than refreezing.

If your products arrive warm, or you have any concerns about their condition, please contact us before consuming them.

Please unpack your order and refrigerate or freeze it as soon as possible after delivery.
