Delivery Schedule:
Order Cut-off Time: Tuesday 5 PM each week.
Dispatch Day: Wednesday (only once a week).
Delivery Areas:
Commercial and Urban Addresses: Delivered overnight via NZ Couriers or NZ Post.
Rural Addresses: Contact us before placing a meat order to make special arrangements.
Handling fees: A flat rate $10 is charged with the Handling and Delivery fee: however, for orders over $90, it is credited back to you.

Packaging:
Postal Orders: Packed in card boxes with wool liners and cooler pads.
Pick-Up Orders: Handed in a paper bag. Cold packaging is available upon request.

If you have a rural address, please contact us first to discuss and arrange delivery.
Frozen products might be thawed for overnight delivery.
Frozen meat orders are only sent by themselves with a minimum order of $150 of frozen products.
