DELIVERY AREA

• Commercial and Urban Addresses: Delivered overnight via NZ Couriers or NZ Post.
• Rural Addresses: We don't guarantee the quality of the product, as it can take more than a day to be delivered. Please note that there is an extra shipping cost for rural addresses; dont hesitate to contact us for an estimate.

Delivery Charges:

1. Packaging fee:  A flat rate of $10 per box is charged for the Handling and Delivery fee; however, for orders over $100, we credited $10 back to you at checkout.
2. For each 7 kg box:

• Waikato and BOP: $6
• Auckland: $10
• Rest of North Island: $18.00
• South Island: Please get in touch with us for an estimated price.

3. Rural Delivery extra fee: We will invoice it before sending the order.

PICK-UP OPTIONS

• Cambridge Farmers Market: Saturday the 5th and 10th of September; 3rd, 17th, 31st of October. Every Saturday from November on. From 8 am to 12 pm
• Claudelands Farmers Market: Sunday from 8 am to 12 pm
• Tauranga Farmers Market: Saturday from 7:45 am to 12 pm
• The Organic Food Shop: Monday to Wednesday from 8 am to 4 pm.

PACKAGING

• Postal Orders: Packed in card boxes with wool liners and cooler pads.
• Pick-Up Orders: Handed in a paper bag. Cold packaging is available upon request.

If you have a rural address, please get in touch with us first to discuss and arrange delivery.

Please keep in mind that frozen products might be thawed for overnight delivery.
