Lamb shoulder roast. The fat is left untrimmed to provide the roast with moisture and delicious flavor. The best way to cook this is in a slow cooker on low for eight hours with a sprinkle of salt and pepper and either fresh or dried rosemary. Serves 5-6 persons.

- Commercial and Urban Addresses: Delivered overnight via NZ Couriers or NZ Post.
- Rural Addresses: Contact us before placing a meat order to make special arrangements. We don't guarantee the quality of the product as it can take more than a day to be delivered.
- Handling fees: A flat rate of $10 is charged for the Handling and Delivery fee; however, for orders over $90, it is credited back to you at checkout.
