Our lamb sausages are made using our own seasoning mixture. 98% lamb and 2% seasoning. The meat has a coarser grind, giving it a good meaty flavour. Cook over medium heat until all sides are golden brown, the meat should be slightly pink in the middle, keeping it nice and juicy
