Whether you’re cooking on the barbecue, a chargrill (as this recipe calls for), or a frypan, Season with salt and pepper, and make sure your cooking surface is hot before adding the steak, cook one side until moisture appears then cook the other side (2-3 minutes each side). - Handling fees: A flat rate of $10 is charged for the Handling and Delivery fee; however, for orders over $90, it is credited back to you at checkout.
