Lamb Riblets. These small rib bones have an outstanding flavor, although not a lot of meat. Slow cooking, such as braising or roasting can help break down the collagen, resulting in tender and succulent meat. Aproxximately 500g.

DELIVERY AREA
- Commercial and Urban Addresses: Delivered overnight via NZ Couriers or NZ Post.
- Rural Addresses: Contact us before placing a meat order to make special arrangements. We don't guarantee the quality of the product as it can take more than a day to be delivered.
- Handling fees: A flat rate of $10 is charged for the Handling and Delivery fee; however, for orders over $90, it is credited back to you at checkout.
