Lamb Rib Chops. Untrimmed lamb rack cutlets with the fat left on for extra flavor and indulgence. Treat yourself and someone special to these tender and flavorsome chops. Pan-fry or cook on the BBQ for 4 minutes on each side. Approximately 150g each.
