Rich, hearty, and full of flavour, our organic lamb neck chops are a traditional favourite, perfect for slow cooking. With their natural marbling and bone-in goodness, these chops become beautifully tender when cooked low and slow, creating melt-in-your-mouth meals with deep, comforting flavour.
Raised on Pikiroa Organic Farm, our lambs are certified organic, grass-fed, and never transported. They are killed humanely at home, where they’ve lived their entire lives, ensuring a low-stress process and truly premium-quality meat.
