Exclusive to The Organic Food Shop, our famous lamb cushion roast. The cushion roast is the lamb of the shoulder deboned. The fat is left untrimmed to provide the roast with moisture and delicious flavour. The best way to cook this is in a slow cooker on low for eight hours with a sprinkle of salt and pepper. That's All! Serves 5-6 persons. Approximate weight is 1.4-1.6 kg

- Rural Addresses: Contact us before placing a meat order to make special arrangements. We don't guarantee the quality of the product as it can take more than a day to be delivered.
- Handling fees:Â Â AÂ flat rate of $10Â is charged for the Handling and Delivery fee; however, for orders over $90, it is credited back to you at checkout.
