Tender, Rich, and Full of Flavour
Beef tongue is a hidden gem, tender, juicy, and packed with rich, beefy flavour when cooked low and slow. Raised and processed at Pikiroa Organic Farm, our beef tongue comes from 100% certified organic, grass-fed animals, ensuring top quality and traceability from paddock to plate.
Each tongue weighs approximately 1.2 kg- 1.8 kg, making it perfect for slow cooking, slicing, or shredding.
Cooking Tip:
Simmer gently in water or broth with onion, garlic, and bay leaves for 2.5–3 hours until tender. Peel off the skin, slice thinly, and serve hot in tacos, cold in sandwiches, or with your favourite sauces.

- Commercial and Urban Addresses: Delivered overnight via NZ Couriers or NZ Post.
- Rural Addresses: Contact us before placing a meat order to make special arrangements. We don't guarantee the quality of the product as it can take more than a day to be delivered.
- Handling fees: A flat rate of $10 is charged for the Handling and Delivery fee; however, for orders over $90, it is credited back to you at checkout.
