Topside Strips – Best for Stir-Frying & Quick Cooking

Since topside is a lean cut, slicing it into strips makes it perfect for fast cooking methods to retain tenderness. Here are the best ways to use it:

  • Stir-Fry – Cook quickly over high heat with vegetables and sauces for a flavourful dish.
  • Fajitas or Wraps – Season and sear in a hot pan, then serve in tortillas or wraps.
  • Beef Stroganoff – Lightly seared and simmered in a creamy sauce for a comforting meal.
  • Quick Pan-Fry – Best cooked over high heat for 1–2 minutes to keep it tender.

💡 Tip: Since topside is lean, marinating before cooking or adding a sauce helps keep it juicy. Avoid overcooking to prevent toughness.
