It is regarded as the second most tender cut out of all the steaks. The scotch has a bit more marbling than the eye fillet and contains a strip of fat running through it adding to its beautiful flavor and helps keep the steak succulent and juicy when cooking it. Best cooked on a hot plate, seared both sides and put on a low heat for 3-5 minutes.

- Commercial and Urban Addresses: Delivered overnight via NZ Couriers or NZ Post.
- Rural Addresses: Contact us before placing a meat order to make special arrangements. We don't guarantee the quality of the product as it can take more than a day to be delivered.
- Handling fees: A flat rate of $10 is charged for the Handling and Delivery fee; however, for orders over $90, it is credited back to you at checkout.
