The meat has a coarser grind giving it a good meaty flavour. Coat with oil and then sear on a hot plate until brown on both sides, trying not to let any of the tasty juices escape. Once brown on all sides take off the hot plate and rest for five minutes before eating. 150g per patty.

- Rural Addresses: Contact us before placing a meat order to make special arrangements. We don't guarantee the quality of the product as it can take more than a day to be delivered.
- Handling fees: A flat rate of $10 is charged for the Handling and Delivery fee; however, for orders over $90, it is credited back to you at checkout.
