With natural marbling and connective tissue, this cut becomes tender and juicy when cooked low and slow, making it perfect for hearty casseroles, curries, and slow-cooked meals. Raised on lush organic pastures, our beef is free from antibiotics and hormones, ensuring premium quality and great taste. Best simmered in a crock pot. 8 hours on low.

- Commercial and Urban Addresses: Delivered overnight via NZ Couriers or NZ Post.
- Rural Addresses: Contact us before placing a meat order to make special arrangements. We don't guarantee the quality of the product as it can take more than a day to be delivered.
- Handling fees: A flat rate of $10 is charged for the Handling and Delivery fee; however, for orders over $90, it is credited back to you at checkout.
