Sear it to perfection for a delicious, hearty meal that retains its deep, robust flavours.
Pan-Frying Tips for Blade Steak:
- Quick cook method: Sear on high heat for 2–3 minutes per side, then let it rest. Best cooked to medium-rare to avoid toughness.
- Slow cook method: If you prefer it tender, pan-fry on low heat with a bit of liquid for a longer time (like braising).
Slow cooking or braising is still the best method for a more foolproof tender result.

- Commercial and Urban Addresses: Delivered overnight via NZ Couriers or NZ Post.
- Rural Addresses: Contact us before placing a meat order to make special arrangements. We don't guarantee the quality of the product as it can take more than a day to be delivered.
- Handling fees: A flat rate of $10 is charged for the Handling and Delivery fee; however, for orders over $90, it is credited back to you at checkout.
