Exclusive to The Organic Food Shop, our famous lamb cushion roast. The cushion roast is the lamb of the shoulder deboned. The fat is left untrimmed to provide the roast with moisture and delicious flavour. The best way to cook this is in a slow cooker on low for eight hours with a sprinkle of salt and pepper. That's All! Serves 5-6 people. Approximate weight is 1.4-1.6 kg

- Commercial and Urban Addresses:Â Delivered overnight via NZ Couriers or NZ Post.
- Rural Addresses:Â We don't guarantee the quality of the product as it can take more than a day to be delivered. We will invoice you for the extra cost for rural shipping. Contact us before placing a meat order to make special arrangements for an estimate.
Delivery Charges:
- Packaging fee: A flat rate of $10 per box is charged for the Handling and Delivery fee; however, for orders over $100, we credited $10 back to you at checkout.
- For each 7 kg box:
- Waikato and BOP: $6
- Auckland: $10
- Rest of North Island:Â $18.00
- South Island: Please contact us for an estimated price.

PACKAGING
- Postal Orders:Â Packed in card boxes with wool liners and cooler pads.
- Pick-Up Orders:Â Handed in a paper bag. Cold packaging is available upon request.
