Our organic beef suet is raw, unrendered fat from around the kidneys of our grass-fed cattle. It is prized for its purity, high smoke point, and natural versatility.
Raised on Pikiroa Organic Farm, our animals are never transported and are killed humanely at home, where they’ve lived their whole lives. This low-stress approach supports better animal welfare and results in exceptionally clean, high-quality fat.
Suet is ideal for:

- Commercial and Urban Addresses: Delivered overnight via NZ Couriers or NZ Post.
- Rural Addresses: Contact us before placing a meat order to make special arrangements. We don't guarantee the quality of the product as it can take more than a day to be delivered.
- Handling fees: A flat rate of $10 is charged for the Handling and Delivery fee; however, for orders over $90, it is credited back to you at checkout.
