Cooking Tips:
- Beef Steaks: For a perfect medium-rare, grill steaks over high heat for 5-6 minutes per side. Let them rest for a few minutes before serving to lock in the juices.
- Beef Sausages: Cook over medium-hi heat for 3 minutes per side, to ensure even browning and thorough cooking, let them rest for 2 minutes before eating. Our sausages don't have fillers, don't overcook, as they can dry out.
- Beef Patties: Grill or pan-fry patties for 4-5 minutes per side until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F. Serve on a toasted bun with your favorite toppings.
We ship once a week. Place your order on or before Tuesday for dispatch on Wednesday. Orders placed Wednesday or later will be dispatched the following week.
