Our Organic Tri-Tip is a flavourful and versatile cut, perfect for grilling, BBQ, roasting, and somoking. With its rich marbling and tender texture, it delivers a juicy and delicious steak experience when cooked to medium-rare and sliced against the grain. Raised on lush organic pastures, our beef is free from antibiotics and hormones, ensuring the highest quality and best taste.
