Organic Lamb’s Brain
Tender and mild in flavour, our organic lamb’s brains are a true delicacy that can be enjoyed in many ways. Perfect lightly crumbed and pan-fried, or gently cooked into your favourite dish, they’re a great source of protein and important nutrients like vitamin B12 and omega-3.
Raised on lush Waikato pastures, our lambs are 100% grass-fed, free-range, and certified organic — giving you pure, wholesome food straight from the farm.

DELIVERY AREA
- Commercial and Urban Addresses: Delivered overnight via NZ Couriers or NZ Post.
- Rural Addresses: Contact us before placing a meat order to make special arrangements. We don't guarantee the quality of the product as it can take more than a day to be delivered.
- Handling fees: A flat rate of $10 is charged for the Handling and Delivery fee; however, for orders over $90, it is credited back to you at checkout.
