Organic Lamb Loin Chops
Tender, juicy, and full of flavour, our organic lamb loin chops are a premium cut perfect for quick and easy meals. Known as the “T-bone of lamb,” they combine a delicate balance of lean meat and fine marbling for a succulent result every time.
Raised on Pikiroa Organic Farm, our lambs are grass-fed, certified organic, and never transported. They are killed humanely at home, in the same calm environment they were born and raised. This low-stress approach supports animal welfare and delivers truly honest, high-quality meat.
Ideal for pan-frying, grilling, or barbecuing, just season with salt, pepper, and herbs for a delicious, satisfying meal.
Cooking Tip:
Cook on medium-high heat for 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare, then rest before serving.
Delicious, ethical, and 100% traceable, from our farm to your table.
