Our Organic Lamb Hind Shanks come from animals raised with care on our family farm, where they graze freely on lush organic pastures. This cut is ideal for braising or slow roasting, delivering melt-in-your-mouth meat that falls off the bone.
Packed with flavour and nutrients, lamb shanks are a wholesome option for hearty winter meals, and a favourite for nourishing dishes like osso buco or slow-cooked Mediterranean stews.

- Commercial and Urban Addresses:Â Delivered overnight via NZ Couriers or NZ Post.
- Rural Addresses: Contact us before placing a meat order to make special arrangements. We don't guarantee the quality of the product as it can take more than a day to be delivered.
- Handling fees:Â Â AÂ flat rate of $10Â is charged for the Handling and Delivery fee; however, for orders over $90, it is credited back to you at checkout.
