Whole Sirloin (approximately 2kg). Cook as a whole roast, render down the fatty side first and then sear each side before roasting in the BBQ or oven. Alternatively, you can cut into steaks to your preferred size.

- Commercial and Urban Addresses: Delivered overnight via NZ Couriers or NZ Post.
- Rural Addresses: Contact us before placing a meat order to make special arrangements. We don't guarantee the quality of the product as it can take more than a day to be delivered.
- Handling fees: A flat rate of $10 is charged for the Handling and Delivery fee; however, for orders over $90, it is credited back to you at checkout.
