Rump tri-tip, also known as triangle steak or bottom sirloin steak, is a lean, triangular cut of beef from the lower rear of a cow. It's a versatile cut that can be roasted, grilled, or smoked. Our Organic Tri-Tip is a flavourful and versatile cut, perfect for grilling, BBQ, roasting, and somoking. With its rich marbling and tender texture, it delivers a juicy and delicious steak experience when cooked to medium-rare and sliced against the grain. Raised on lush organic pastures, our beef is free from antibiotics and hormones, ensuring the highest quality and best taste.

- Commercial and Urban Addresses: Delivered overnight via NZ Couriers or NZ Post.
- Rural Addresses: Contact us before placing a meat order to make special arrangements. We don't guarantee the quality of the product as it can take more than a day to be delivered.
- Handling fees: A flat rate of $10 is charged for the Handling and Delivery fee; however, for orders over $90, it is credited back to you at checkout.
