Organic Beef Short Ribs
Rich, meaty, and full of flavour! Our organic beef short ribs are a slow-cooking favourite that delivers fall-off-the-bone tenderness and deep, savoury taste.
Cut from our grass-fed cattle raised on Pikiroa Organic Farm, these ribs come from animals that are never transported and are killed humanely at home, in the same peaceful environment where they were born and raised. This low-stress approach ensures better animal welfare and exceptional meat quality.
Perfect for braising, slow roasting, or cooking low and slow in a Dutch oven or slow cooker. The marbled meat melts into rich, silky goodness — ideal for hearty winter meals or special gatherings.
Cooking Tip:
Sear first to build flavour, then slow-cook with aromatics, broth or wine for 3–4 hours until tender.

- Handling fees:Â Â AÂ flat rate of $10Â is charged for the Handling and Delivery fee; however, for orders over $90, it is credited back to you at checkout.
