Our Organic Oxtail is harvested from naturally raised, certified organic cattle on our farm, where animals are free from antibiotics and synthetic chemicals. Raised in a low-stress environment with no transportation, our oxtail offers unbeatable flavour and texture, perfect for slow-cooked dishes.
Oxtail is known for its rich, meaty flavour and tender, melt-in-your-mouth texture when cooked slowly. Packed with collagen and nutrients, it’s ideal for soups, stews, and braises – creating hearty, comforting meals that are as nutritious as they are delicious.

Delivery: The Shelf life for fresh products is 15 days; after that, they will be sent frozen.

- Commercial and Urban Addresses: Delivered overnight via NZ Couriers or NZ Post.
- Rural Addresses: Contact us before placing a meat order to make special arrangements. We don't guarantee the quality of the product as it can take more than a day to be delivered.
- Handling fees: A flat rate of $10 is charged for the Handling and Delivery fee; however, for orders over $90, it is credited back to you at checkout.
