Nutrient-dense and full of rich flavour, our organic beef liver is one of nature’s true superfoods. Sourced from grass-fed cattle raised on Pikiroa Organic Farm, this liver is loaded with essential vitamins and minerals — especially iron, vitamin A, and B12.
Our animals are never transported and are killed humanely at home, in the peaceful environment they’ve always known. This low-stress, respectful process ensures better animal welfare, full traceability, and exceptional meat quality.
Our beef liver is sent in one piece and frozen, preserving freshness and giving you the flexibility to prepare it your way — whether that’s slicing for pan-frying, slow cooking, or blending into nutrient-rich dishes.
Cooking Tip:
Soak in milk or lemon water for 30 minutes before cooking to mellow the flavour and improve tenderness.

DELIVERY AREA
- Commercial and Urban Addresses: Delivered overnight via NZ Couriers or NZ Post.
- Rural Addresses: Contact us before placing a meat order to make special arrangements. We don't guarantee the quality of the product as it can take more than a day to be delivered.
- Handling fees: A flat rate of $10 is charged for the Handling and Delivery fee; however, for orders over $90, it is credited back to you at checkout.
