21-Day Aged Organic Bone-In Scotch Fillet (approx 950g)

Indulge in the bold, rich flavour of our 21-day aged organic bone-in scotch fillet — a premium steak cut known for its beautiful marbling, tenderness, and depth of flavour. Aged on the bone for three weeks, this process enhances its natural characteristics, giving you a juicy, buttery texture and exceptional taste.

At Pikiroa Organic Farm, our animals are never transported. They are killed at home, in the same peaceful environment where they’ve been raised, helping them remain calm and stress-free. This gentle and respectful practice ensures better meat quality and full traceability — straight from our farm to your plate.

Weighing approximately 950g, this generous cut is perfect for serving 2–3 people, whether you're planning a special dinner or firing up the BBQ.

Cooking Tips:

  • Bring the steak to room temperature before cooking.

  • Season generously with salt and freshly ground pepper.

  • For best results, sear on high heat for 2–3 minutes each side, then finish in the oven at 180°C until your preferred doneness.

  • Rest the meat for 5–10 minutes before slicing — this helps the juices redistribute and keeps it tender.

  • Serve with seasonal veg, roasted garlic mash, or a fresh salad and your favourite glass of red wine.

  • Handling fees:  A flat rate of $10 is charged for the Handling and Delivery fee; however, for orders over $90, it is credited back to you at checkout.
